The Challenge
A group of Guatemalan entrepreneurs sought to break into the retail sector with a bold proposal: a supermarket offering low prices and high-quality fresh produce. The main challenge was to create an identity that could compete with large international chains, but still feel deeply local. They needed a strong brand identity, something that would last during time, easy to remember and simple.
We designed an logo based on the geometry of the sun and the flow of the waves, elements that act as visual anchors of trust and abundance. The color selection is not random; we extracted greens from the local vegetation and blues from the sky and national heraldry, applying them with modern saturation to ensure that the brand stands out in crowded retail environments and is easily recognizable from a distance.
To ensure the long-term viability of the project, we chose a timeless geometric design. The main challenge was to simplify traditional symbols into clean lines that work both in uniform embroidery and digital point-of-sale interfaces. We achieved a brand that needs no explanation: it is an identity that feels authentic to the Guatemalan landscape, balancing the economy of visual language with memorable impact.









What Did we create?
We created a complete brand identity, delivering:
Main logo (color variations and horizontal and vertical variations). Logo (colors and variations). Isotype (color variations and horizontal and vertical versions). Color architecture (color palette and technical palette). Identity manual (brand voice manual, visual identity, brand identity). Typographic system (official fonts, hierarchy for social media and future website posts).
A package with 42 social media posts created in line with the brand identity, including Instagram posts, stories, and highlights.
A visual guide for managing photography and content on social media profiles (IG and Facebook). A content calendar (for one month). Action plan and technical recommendations to ensure the growth and success of the digital community.




Web Interface Design: Visual projection of the site for points of sale and corporate presence. Information Architecture: Navigation structure focused on ease of purchase and product visualization. E-commerce Projection: User flow design (UX) for future implementation of online sales.
The result is a platform that combines professional aesthetics with technical capabilities ready for inventory management and corporate branding. This digital ecosystem allows Bodegas Aurora to compete technologically from launch, ensuring a consistent, fast, and easy-to-navigate online presence on any device.
